Approach

One firm on both sides of the rule.

Safety rules are written by governments. We help you comply with them on site, and help you be heard when they change.

One company, one point of contact, and plain advice from people who have done the work.

Step 1

Talk it through

We learn your operation, your goals and the problem keeping you up at night.

Step 2

Agree the plan

A short written scope with clear deliverables, whether it is a safety program or a government strategy.

Step 3

Deliver and support

We do the work, review results with you, and stay available as things change.

About

Built on the experience from the job site and the boardroom

I am Wes Graham, based in Cranbrook, British Columbia. I spent twenty years as an elected municipal leader, first in the Town of Creston and then in the City of Cranbrook. I have served for 6 years as a Director on the Regional District of East Kootenay, and as Chief Operations Officer of H&R Orchards Group of Companies.

I know how to sit at a table with people who do not agree and find a way forward.
